1. Conditions of Cancellation Policy
Under the cancellation policy of CabsCabs, you can cancel your booking at any time before
the pickup date and time. To cancel your booking, contact our customer support team by email
at info.cabscabs@gmail.com or call +91 9580818971.
- No cancellation will be considered valid until CabsCabs confirms the cancellation request.
- If driver or taxi details are not shared, the advance amount will be refunded without deduction.
- If driver or taxi details have already been shared, the advance amount may be forfeited as cancellation charges.
- In genuine cases such as illness, ticket cancellation, accident, or acceptable emergency, refund may be considered after valid proof.
- If the driver reaches the pickup location and waits for 30 minutes, but the customer is unavailable or unreachable, the booking may be cancelled and advance amount may be treated as cancellation fee.
- In special situations such as flood, earthquake, epidemic, strike, war, riot, terrorism, or natural disaster, advance refund may be processed without cancellation charges.
- If the cab travels more than 15 km from the nearest available location to reach customer pickup point, extra charges may apply.
2. Cancellation Fee
- No driver details shared: advance amount refundable.
- Driver details shared: advance amount may be deducted as cancellation charge.
- Driver reached pickup location: advance amount may not be refundable.
- Company-side issue: refund may be processed without deduction.
3. Terms of Refund Policy
- CabsCabs processes eligible refunds within 7–10 working days.
- If incorrect bank details, UPI ID, IFSC, or account details are provided by the customer, CabsCabs will not be responsible for failed refund or loss.
- If the car breaks down during the journey and CabsCabs fails to repair or arrange another car, balance amount may be refunded after deducting completed travel cost.
- If the driver cancels the ride without a valid reason and CabsCabs fails to arrange another taxi, the advance amount will be refunded without deduction.
- CabsCabs is not responsible for any cash, material, or extra payment given directly to the driver outside the invoice.
- Customers are responsible for their luggage and belongings during the journey.
- If the journey plan changes during the trip, customer must inform CabsCabs support for updated invoice and charges.
- In case of misbehavior, unsafe conduct, or threat to driver, vehicle, life, or property, CabsCabs may stop the trip and take suitable action.
- If passenger and driver change the journey without informing CabsCabs, the company will not be responsible for any issue, damage, or dispute.
- Refund will be credited to the original payment method wherever possible.
